Tri level custom built home with a small view of Wallowa Lake through the trees! Quiet but convenient location.

This 2+ bedroom, 2 bath home offers plenty of room for your family to spread out! Upper level has large bedroom suite with queen bed (accessed via a stair case that does not have a door at the top, so open like a loft), bathroom, two sitting areas, and private deck with tree`d view of Wallowa Lake. Middle level includes comfortable living room with glass-front wood stove and flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom, bedroom with a queen bed and the main deck. Lowest level has a queen hide a bed and a double murphy bed with another TV--perfect for the kids! Having the lower level being an open "great room" really makes this home best suited for 6 with sleeping accommodations for a maximum of 8.

This nicely furnished home has many features for your comfort and enjoyment, including some limited edition framed art and decorative objects, 2 private decks with view, mature landscaping, and convenient parking. "All the comforts of home" appliances include microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer and a hair dryer in each bathroom.

2 night stays are allowed in mid and off season. Peak season requires a 3 night stay unless only 2 nights are available. If only 2 nights are available, please contact us at 800-709-2039 and we would be happy to "fill the gap" with your reservation.

ALL CABINS ARE NON SMOKING--$500 FINE IF WE DETECT SMOKING.

The Basics:
*  STARTER KIT provides paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and dish detergent.
*  Spices, oils, condiments, etc., are NOT included.
*  Kitchens are fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses, etc.  
*  Linens and towels are provided, but not all places provide beach towels.  
*  All rentals have either a propane or charcoal grill.  Charcoal is not provided.
*  If your home has a wood stove/fireplace, firewood and matches are provided.  

Security Requirements:
*  CSA - Damage insurance is available to purchase for your vacation.
*  CSA - Travel Insurance is available to purchase and covers many of life's incidentals.   
*  Credit cards on file will be charged for excessive wear and tear on our homes.

Forms of Payment:
*  Visa, Mastercard, Discover
*  Checks:  personal, cashier's or money orders
*  Checks payable to WLVR and mailed to PO Box 296, Enterprise, OR 97828, received 15 days prior to arrival.

Additional Notes:  
*  Review our cancelation policy 
*  Balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.  Card on file will be charged unless other arrangements have been made.
*  Not all of our homes are pet friendly.  Please review our pet friendly homes.  Please don't just assume you can bring your pet to all of our homes.  Sneaking pets in will incur heavy fines.  

Cancelation Policy:  
*  If you have purchased CSA Travel Insurance, you may be covered for all of life's hiccups before your trip, during your trip, and even up to 6 months after your trip.  Check into this as it could help with your trip.  However, if you didn't purchase it, then.......
*  If you have given us more than 30 days notice before your arrival, then we will give you your deposit back minus a $50 cancelation fee.
* If you cancel within the 30 days of your arrival and we are able to rerent the home out for the same number of days as you had, then a full refund minus a $50 cancelation fee.

*  If your home sits empty, then we retain your deposit.

*  If you have to cancel for a medical issue, or a family emergency, we will evaluate the issue on a case by case basis and may allow you to keep your money on file for a future stay in the same cabin.

*  Subject to board availability
*  $40 per board per day rental fee
*  Delivered to your home upon your arrival
*  Picked up night before your departure
*  Signed Waiver is required
*  Price includes life jacket and paddle

This home seemed much bigger than its two bedrooms would suggest. It was in a great, quiet location (nice view of the foothills and bit of the lake) that was also convenient to the trails and eating spots. The home was bright and inviting, with a restful master bedroom. It was the perfect spot to relax after a day outdoors!

Properties located at the resort side of Wallowa Lake will be within easy walking distance of shops, activities, restaurants. The south side is more of the touristy side of Wallowa Lake. Enjoy the deer, be within quick walking distance to the Wallowa Lake Tramway, and be able to walk and enjoy the restaurants and shopping at Wallowa Lake easily from these south side homes.
