Description

While this studio says it can accommodate 4, it is best suited for 2 adults with a Queen size bed.  There are 2 sleeping pads in the closet best suited for 2 very small children.  Please know that once the mats are in place this leaves very little walking around space.     Also, this is the lower unit of a 3 story home, and the upstairs is a rental as well.  Please be respectful of each other's area and quiet hours.

Small but efficient kitchen area has a crockpot, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and a 2 burner hot plate provide you with cooking opportunities. Or, cook outdoors on the small hibachi (propane) bbq!

Areas to note:
* The upper unit is also a rental. While you do have private space and private access, you will share the parking area.



DISCOUNTS (can not be combined):

1) Pilots: Tell us which Pilot Association Journal you found our ad in and receive 10% off your stay.

2) Midweek Specials: Offered anytime of the year. Any reservations arriving Monday and leaving on Thursday, and mention this special, and receive 10% off your stay.

3) Refer a customer and the next time you stay in #38 you will receive 10% off your stay, must stay 3 nights.

4) Refer 2 friends and the next time you stay in #38 you will receive 20% off your stay, must stay 3 nights.

5) If you combine #41 with your stay in #38, receive 10% off your total rental costs, must stay 3 nights.

6) Stay 7 nights or more and receive 10% off your stay.


Peak season requires a 3 night stay.   2 night stays are allowed in mid and off season.  Peak season requires a 3 night stay unless only 2 nights are available. If only 2 nights are available, please contact us at 800-709-2039 and we would be happy to "fill the gap" with your reservation.

ALL CABINS ARE NON SMOKING--$500 FINE IF WE DETECT SMOKING.

The Basics:
*  STARTER KIT provides paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and dish detergent.
*  Spices, oils, condiments, etc., are NOT included.
*  Kitchens are fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses, etc.  
*  Linens and towels are provided, but not all places provide beach towels.  
*  All rentals have either a propane or charcoal grill.  Charcoal is not provided.
*  If your home has a wood stove/fireplace, firewood and matches are provided.  

Security Requirements:
*  CSA - Damage insurance is available to purchase for your vacation.
*  CSA - Travel Insurance is available to purchase and covers many of life's incidentals.   
*  Credit cards on file will be charged for excessive wear and tear on our homes.

Forms of Payment:
*  Visa, Mastercard, Discover
*  Checks:  personal, cashier's or money orders
*  Checks payable to WLVR and mailed to PO Box 296, Enterprise, OR 97828, received 15 days prior to arrival.

Additional Notes:  
*  Review our cancelation policy 
*  Balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.  Card on file will be charged unless other arrangements have been made.
*  Not all of our homes are pet friendly.  Please review our pet friendly homes.  Please don't just assume you can bring your pet to all of our homes.  Sneaking pets in will incur heavy fines.  

Cancelation Policy:  
*  If you have purchased CSA Travel Insurance, you may be covered for all of life's hiccups before your trip, during your trip, and even up to 6 months after your trip.  Check into this as it could help with your trip.  However, if you didn't purchase it, then.......
*  If you have given us more than 30 days notice before your arrival, then we will give you your deposit back minus a $50 cancelation fee.
* If you cancel within the 30 days of your arrival and we are able to rerent the home out for the same number of days as you had, then a full refund minus a $50 cancelation fee.

*  If your home sits empty, then we retain your deposit.

*  If you have to cancel for a medical issue, or a family emergency, we will evaluate the issue on a case by case basis and may allow you to keep your money on file for a future stay in the same cabin.


STAND UP AND PADDLE RENTALS: 
*  Subject to board availability
*  $40 per board per day rental fee
*  Delivered to your home upon your arrival
*  Picked up night before your departure
*  Signed Waiver is required
*  Price includes life jacket and paddle
*  Each board must be rented for 3 or more days per board

Location - Resort side of Wallowa Lake.

Properties located at the resort side of Wallowa Lake will be within easy walking distance of shops, activities, restaurants. The south side is more of the touristy side of Wallowa Lake. Enjoy the deer, be within quick walking distance to the Wallowa Lake Tramway, and be able to walk and enjoy the restaurants and shopping at Wallowa Lake easily from these south side homes.
