Description of Pine Cone Cottage

Step back in time in this charming vintage cottage from the 1930s.  The Pine Cone Cottage combines nostalgic characteristics (including old fashioned linoleum floors and narrow curtained doorways) with modern amenities like a full kitchen, large deck, and 6 person hot tub, to help make your stay unforgettable.

Pine Cone Cottage is a perfect place for your family vacation.  Located at the south end of Wallowa Lake, it is within walking distance to the lake and most of the activities (including mini golf, bumper boats, tramway and horse back riding).   

The Cottage offers two double beds in two of the bedrooms and a twin and a rollaway in the third bedroom.  Please note that the bedrooms do not have doors, but do have pull across curtains.

Extra amenities include a large collection of DVDs and videos (to help entertain if the weather is less than perfect), fireplace,  indoor and outdoor games and extra towels for the hot tub.

06/06/2011 - Great cabin! Well equipped to make your stay comfortable. The deck and the hot tub are definitely great draws, and the interior is comfy and cozy. Would be great for either a summer get-away or a winter's stay - the fireplace in the living room looked very inviting.
10/29/2006 - What did we do after a long day of hiking? We SOAKED in the hot tubat the Pine Cone Cottage, then built a fire and drank a bottle of wine. AHHHHHH......Wallowa Lake! Frank and Jess
